Sweet man!!!

Hey do you mind trying to regurgitate what their setlist was that night? This being a live album, and I know they're not putting whatever they played on the album, but I was expecting Ain't Got Nothin' and Sleepy Silver Door on the record. However, it makes sense not to put those on there cause they're a bit longer, maybe trying to be economical.

Yeah man, for me their shows are just pure magic. I drive hours anytime they're remotely close to stand in the way of Simon's guitar. I haven't figured it out yet, but he does something with his set up where it doesn't hurt my ears but yet is LOUDER and fatter than any band I've seen, really love these guys.

Right on P.Alfredo! I was there! and am still blown away at the tighness of this band! No one was bored, rather in a trance! I'm thinkin' "stickman" has no grasp on the fine guitar work and musical arrangements achieved by this fine fine band of men.
Dead Meadow forever!

Absolutely wonderful, one hipster and his bud making fun of another group of hipsters while taking a jab at Dead Meadow's snooze fest of a show...

I don't know man, sounds like a pretty bitchin show to me from what I've heard so far. But then again Dead Meadow doesn't really seem like your thing, so, next time don't even bother going to their show and leave the front stage spot in front of Jason's stack to me.

Just sayin

"When we got back to L.A., the return show ended up being in a friend’s giant warehouse space downtown that was advertised as a party. There was no regulation as far as us bringing all of our recording equipment in. We were able to bring in all of our ProTools gear and actual microphones. It kind of spun off from there. After we tracked it, we realized we captured something special, and it was captured visually by some really great cinematographers."

I hope it recorded us walking out on this snoozefest as my buddy yelled out "where's the heavy?" That show was hipster central with bored scensters talking over DM's aimless meandering & noodling, with none of the immediacy or attention grabbing psychedelia of the earlier albums or tours. No bueno.
